Terms These sales and delivery terms goes for all shipments/orders from ShopMagic. The terms are valid in case there are no other written terms between you as a buyer and ShopMagic. Documentation and guidance: If there exist product descriptions and special instructions for the bought item, these documents will be enclosed your order/shipment. The language is Danish or English. If you need further information or guidance from ShopMagic, you are welcome to contact us. Time of delivery and shipping: Delivery from ShopMagic is considered done as soon as the consumer has the shipment in his possession. The time of delivery may vary since I travel around the country performing. Also it depends on the content of your order. Some items has to be shipped from abroad. In that case ShopMagic will inform you in writing or by phone. Shipping of goods is done with Post Danmark. Riscs for the goods: The risc for the goods bought from ShopMagic is yours as a consumer the moment you receive the goods. Claims: All shipments are carefully packed. Occasionally, merchandise is shorted or damaged in transit. When shipments are delivered, please check the shipment for shortages or damages. ShopMagic are not responsible for merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Our responsibility ceases when the Transportation Company picks up the packages. All claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with the Transportation Company within 10 days of receipt. Save all damaged packages and/or shipping containers to allow for the carriers claims evaluation. All items must be returned with the original packaging and in new condition. Any malfunctioning item must be turned within 2 years. In this shop you can order online and pay online with these creditcards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express. All prices are incl. VAT. The prices are in Euros on the English version and in Danish Kroner on the Danish version. Prices and shipping are subject to change, certain products may be sold out and we are not responsible for written errors on the wekshop. You may return an item within 2 weeks from the day you receive the goods. DVD's has to be cellofaned and unopened. The item has to be in the same condition / amount as it was when you received it. Return postage is payed by you, the consumer.
